Support Guidelines Information

Trial Court
PLEASE NOTE: These new child support guidelines are effective as of
January 1. 2009. There is a rebuttable presumption that these guidelines
apply to all cases establishing or modifying a child support order. Any
existing court orders and/or judgments less than three (3) years old as
of January 1, 2009 (the effective date of these guidelines) shall not be
modified unless the income of one or both parties has changed, or other
new circumstances warrant modification.
