A Message from Register Robert E. Peck

Welcome to the website for the Bristol Probate and Family Court.  I am Robert E. Peck, your elected register for Bristol County.  I will be retiring as of January 6, 2009.

I sincerely appreciate the time I have been working in the Trial Court system for you.  It has been a pleasure serving the public in my capacity as your Register for the past 30 years.   Prior to that I was an Assistant for four years.  The 34 years I have served the people of Bristol County have been the greatest experience in my lifetime.  I wish to thank all the people of Bristol County for your support.

I had initiated this website at private expense in order to provide a broader based service to Bristol County Bar Advocates and citizens.  My goal was to have available here at this website tools for your simpler needs with easy twenty-four hour access.  This site has been used by thousands of people in and around Bristol County.  We are currently in a transition period with the new Register.    As we continue with the transition, Gina L. DeRossi, will continue this website for your convenience, without any down-time.

I wish you all well, and again, thank you very much for the opportunity to serve as your Register of Probate.

- Register Robert Peck
